Miss Lee County Fair's Teen is a preliminary to Miss Alabama's Teen, which is a part of the Miss America's Teen Organization.

There are several steps and you must complete them all to be entered into THIS pageant.

THIS WILL TAKE YOU AT LEAST 25 MINUTES TO COMPLETE! (IMPORTANT NOTE: ONLY USE ONE EMAIL ADDRESS THROUGHOUT THIS PROCESS-- DO NOT USE YOUR PERSONAL ADDRESS AT ONE PLACE, THEN YOUR HOME EMAIL AT ANOTHER, THEN YOUR SCHOOL EMAIL AT ANOTHER---- IT WILL NOT PROCESS!!!!! YOUR APPLICATION WILL KICK BACK!!!)

When you have paid your yearly $49.99 subscription fee, then you will be able to choose the local preliminary you would like to enter. When you chose the pageant you want to enter, then you will be taken to the Miss America Contract. You must complete it in full for each and every pageant you are entering. It will ask for you to upload your drivers' license, birth certificate or your naturalization papers etc., just like what you usually bring with you to the local pageant. Upon completing the contract, then you will continue on to the next step which is Spot Fund. You will then set up your Spot Fund account for THIS LOCAL PAGEANT that you are entering and none others-- just this one. After you have done that, then you will be totally entered into THIS PAGEANT!

After you have completed these 3 steps, you will need to go back to the local pageant website and get the paperwork required for this pageant and fill it out and send it to this local director. (This paperwork may include your talent, your talent introduction, your photo, etc.)

Thank you for choosing to take part in the Miss Lee County Fair’s Teen Competition on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. The competition will be held at the Lee County Fair Grounds, 2408 Lafayette Pkwy, Opelika, AL 36801 at 7:00 pm. The fair grounds are located off of U.S. Highway 431 down from Opelika High School. A detailed schedule will be sent to you closer to the competition date to include interview time and candidate number. The committee and I are delighted to have you as a candidate in the Miss Lee County Fair’s Teen Competition, an official preliminary to the Miss Alabama’s Teen Competition. We look forward to crowning one of you as our new representative.

To be a candidate in this competition, the candidate must meet the following criteria:

Miss America’s Teen 14-18: must be no YOUNGER than 14 by September 1 and no older than 18 on Sept 30, 2026.
Be a United States citizen
Be a female
Meet residency requirements for competing in Alabama

The winner of Miss Lee County Fair’s Teen title will have the opportunities to promote the Miss Lee County Fair’s Teen, Miss Alabama’s Teen, and Miss America’s Teen Organizations at appearances throughout the cities, communities, and schools. She will receive an official crown, crown pin, a cash scholarship, and a prize package from a variety of local sponsors.

Miss Lee County Fair’s Teen will be charged with the duty of being a role model for other young women and girls in the community. Miss Lee County Fair’s Teen will be poised, confident, and exemplary at all times. Miss Lee County Fair’s Teen will compete and represent Miss Lee County Fair’s Teen at the Miss Alabama’s Teen held in Alabaster in March 2026.

There are five mandatory phases of competition, private interview, physical fitness, talent, evening gown, and on-stage question.

The focus of any facet of Miss America’s Teen organizations is the scholarship, the ability to provide young women with educational resources. As a franchise of the Miss Alabama’s Teen Organization and part of the Miss America’s Teen Organization, the largest source of education scholarship money to young women, the ultimate goal of the Miss Lee County Fair’s Teen, as a whole, is to offer educational scholarship awards. Below you will find the application documents for entry.

Deadline for all entries and pictures for judges’ books is Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

NO EXCEPTIONS.
